Great news!
Glad to know you guys are improving the service where you detect problems. Keep on the good job. I'm curious to know if this had tencent fingers on it.

Another player here suffering since the new league launched, about 4 weeks now. When the disconnects start happening, it is better to connect to the Washington (DC) server at 140ms ping then São Paulo (SP) that used to be 30ms ping, but now is wildly inconsistent at times, it spikes and disconnects, my map instances are cancelled, portals closed.
Incursion League is so time sensitive that both Gateway options are not good enough. Take a look at the data below, I originally posted it on another thread: (https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1917103/page/59) My REAL question is why 02:10 AM it stopped connecting to br.login.pathofexile.com and instead is connecting to br2.login.pathofexile.com, however, the last tracert point to br2 is this random website mx66.vagasnewsletter.com.br ??? It returns eventually to connect to br.login.pathofexile.com instead of the faulty br2.login.pathofexile.com, but it is so weird when the transition happens ------------------------------------------------------------------ LAGS AND DISCONNECTS HAPPENED AGAIN THIS NIGHT, Here goes the DATA (I'm not sure if these date-times will be changed by the forum itself, but it is at GMT -3 time zone) Also, to read this easily, just paste this on notepad or notepad++ to correct the columns, this forum uses a different text font and messes it somewhat. " --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- " " Hope it helps, Thank you.
If anyone here is looking for a follow-up, I believe it's the thread below:
