[3.3] FOURmulaic Summoner - Skeletons + Spectres/Flame Golems, Fast, All Content, Starter [Updated]

Seems solid for flashback. Only problem is I don't know how much i'll enjoy it since i've never played a summoner.
Have you tried adding dancing duo?
how are you getting phasing in your t11 vid?

We all start somewhere. I never played Summoner proper until the end of Bestiary. I'm going to clean the guide up again, so if there are things you think could be improved for someone new to playing summoner lmk.

I can't recommend a 2H sword for this build that disables your weapon slots. You can't maintain it vs single target. If you want to use it on weapon swap for rampage it'll feel clunky if you mess up the timing and requires a 6 socket if you want to level gems.

I theory crafted a Dancing Duo + Spectranate Dead that you'd play as either a Scion or Pathfinder with writhing jars. The clear would be slower than this build but it should be comparable. The boss killing would be pretty insane, but the items you need aren't cheap or easy to acquire.

FYI: Dancing swords can maintain vs bosses or uniques. They get a chance every hit to get a reckless points when fighting unique or boss. Their harder phase is nothing :)

I'm aware. I already put a lot of thought into a good Dancing Duo build that should feel satisfying to me. You still want a way to start and maintain rampage. I doubt it's a fun experience without a ton of writhing jars, and you preferably want a way to sustain those flasks. I've seen it done, but you sometimes run into issues vs single targets with phases and you'll often dread portaling out and back into maps and losing your rampage stacks and all the movement speed since you're just running around. You can do whatever, but it's basically a completely different build. I prefer Insanity Gloves here and it's typically going to be faster with and without rampage with proper Silver and Quicksilver flasks.

I think I've optimized as best as I can. I doubt I'll top what I'm running right now without min maxing abyss jewels and I'm not interested in doing that. I'm done testing different setups and will be moving on.

I doubt I'll get a better tree that can get the same life, jewel sockets, Resolute Technique, Acrobatics, Phase Acrobatics, Elemental Equilibrium and Necromantic Aegis.

The CWDT + TC + Arctic Breath is the best CWDT setup I've tried. It's a great way to slow monsters to a crawl and passively proc EE.

The pseudo max dodge I'm running rn with NA feels tankier for mapping than when I went max block with reckless defense jewels. They both end up around the same amount of life, but the difference in mobility and damage is huge.

Most of the things that'll kill you while mapping are attacks. If I get hit with quartz flask up I'm at max dodge. I REALLY have to go out of my way and put myself in a situation to get hit multiple times by packs of monsters before my minions kill them when they're temp chained, hindered, and chilled by the Arctic Breath and possibly maimed and blinded by the Skelly warriors. The high evasion rating is nice and you still have 40-58% spell dodge too.

Max block is probably better vs Uber Elder because you easily get max spell block. It's mostly spell damage and I'm awful at manually dodging. The investment to get max spell dodge is too high for me.

My char is still public for now. You don't need a Hyrri's Ire, a rare with 100 max life and 6% dodge might be better and easier to re-color.

I'll clean up the guide some more over the next few days, and that'll be it. The build was a ton of fun, but there's some other strong untouched builds I've been wanting to try.

do you think a 5link vis mortis vs tabula would be better for general mapping and leveling through the 80s?
hi thanks for this guide man !
But i have one question , for leveling you recommand clayshapper+flame golem for the second half of acts but for the early mapping we keep that or we use a 6l skeleton until raise spectre reach level 20 ? or we can use spectre ? never use this i don't know if spectre die if only gem level 16-17 for the low tiers ...
