Incursion Skill Gems

Is the effectiveness of Cold Snap a typo, or did the change get reversed? Patch Notes says 180% while the skill says 120% :C

I see Ancestral Warchief has lost the duration tag. That's the only change to it. Did not see anything about this change in patch notes?

Not that it is too relevant but this means it isn't affected by duration nodes/skill duration right?

Totems, traps, and mines now no longer scale with generic skill effect duration.
What is wrong with the GGG dev's? Why do they persistently spend weeks in the lead up to a new season hyping all the changes and new stuff, only to apply a sneaky nerf hammer to everything of interest in the last 48 hours? Why not just be honest with the community and say up front that you have no actual plans of allowing fun or any real build diversity? Unless clunky traps get you all hot and bothered, there appears to be no reason at all to play anything different from the last two seasons and not even any reason to change anything about those same builds from the last couple of seasons?
