Fleshripper will be better for crit, as for Hegemony, it was great back in the day and is still pretty good. If you watched the video you saw it was featured there

Both are actually good. Marohi is super slow but hits a little harder per hit, however the resulsting DPS is lower because of low attack speed. Tidebreaker is still better under charges

First of all really nice tanky build. I have a few questions to ask.

Is it possible for a gem swap in bosses? I remember changing to heavy strike or another attack in the old eq jugg build i had around before voidheart nerf. Is this build possible with another skill all together without tree changes?

With all these uniques and not enough resist on the tree, do i have to take some double resist jewels or i shouldnt worry because of the Unrelenting? If so what are good resists for me to have before endurance charges kick in? At the moment i gain 40% resists at 8 endurance charges.

Any particular reason for no Flesh/Blood/Pride on this build?

mana is through a ring. or a jewel
I think i had about 60-70 without charges
