Your belt and amulet have a pretty bad life roll.

Helmet can be improved with a fossil craft (Jagged+Pristine)

Imho you wasted 5-8 points at the top of your tree (the holy dominion/elemental dmg clusterfuck), you are probably better off spending them for life nodes (juggernaut), but I cannot fully confirm (dont have PoB right now)

Since you dont have Kaoms roots I also recommend speccing into unstoppable

damage with ailments is not just physical damage.
It's not bad. Just hard to get there and it's pretty tight already since you need crit
