[3.13] GOLEMENTALIST (Flame Golems Elementalist) Build (Easy & Safe for everyone!) +Video guide!

As real golem user (not elementalist tho) I have to say that it is better to self-cast some orb/arc for curses for a simple reason: you target who to kill. You don't wait for golems to attack random shit on screen, you just point what is needed to die.

Second, I also prefer life-based variants (with max block).

Best possible setup is 3x 7-link flame golems for mapping + 4 TW Spectres for bossing/killing fat shit on maps. Spectres have INSANE damage compared to golems, no matter how do you setup them.

Are golem/spec hybrids really that good? Seen quite a few, but none of them seem to do appreciably more dmg than a well-tuned pure golem build. Just curious, I wouldn't mind being proven wrong.

I don't think they are really good. I've seen some hybrid builds as well, and tbh i seriously doubt a couple of spectres will outweight some utility even. So it's mostly a personal choice i guess. Some people just to like mess with spectres on a golementalist, however these spectres will die left and right in the end-game since they do not regenerate from Primordial Harmonies and such and there would be next to none minion leech nodes taken on the tree.

But already, you looks far from what (I think) Angry_Roleplayer wanted to achieve with his "simple build without complex things".

@Angry_Roleplayer: what about removing "Discipline" for 3.3, since Vaal Discipline will have both vaal and non vaal skill ? This would leave a slot for an utility (portal, self cast convocation, EE trigger skill) or movement gem for example

Exactly :) I wanted to keep the build as simple and as newbie-friendly as possible. And it can still do all content.

I think Discipline can definitely be dropped in this case. I need to think about an additional gem :)

Wrong and wrong.
1. Spectres MELT any bosses in matter of seconds. Seriously, they just do. I've played pure golems before, even with 27 level golems and double curse you can't compare them. TW are so fucking OP. Well, after Dyadus nerf maybe their dmg will be a bit lower, but who fucking cares.
2. They are literally immortal. They survive anything in the game without even scratch on HP. And yes, there are many ways to regenerate them in the tree and items plus AG. They survive even Shaper's bubble phase. Besides you always can cast convocation and use bone offering instead of flesh (which is better 100% of the time).
Just out of curiosity how do you use the pastebin link because after clicking it i just wasn't sure what to do. Do you need to download it and open it with something or what?

Do they survive minotaur as well as Shaper and Uber Atziri? Map bosses are no problem at all in this game anymore.
Dyadus was a huge hit for all burning damage, since it was multiplier and now it's nothing.

Do you have an example or two you can point me to? In case I missed something on YouTube..
