just ripped in Flashback HC, not sure how i died

Yes, putrid flight is chaos damage. It bypasses your ES, but not your MoM and HP. What was tier of the map?

Also know that you are already fighting - usual thing is you get hit by a rare and putrid flight multi-hits you. That I think could kill you. It usually involves multiple sources of dmg which rare monster happily provides.

It was just a regular unshaped Channel with one extra dmg as cold mod.

I have Eldritch Battery MOM. So my ES wasn´t actually bypassed.
The Putrid Flight BOmber flew straight down the way in channel and I was at a side area
on top of stairs the mob was downstairs. This was as I see it, almost unreactable.


I had 4,5K HP and 1500 ES. I said 5K HP because that was my EHP. I saw the ES pool drained to right under 1k. So the mob hit me for 5K.

It´s fine though. I will re-roll as the same build with minor tweaks. ONce I find enough motivation
to level again. I know the build isn´t bad.

This is my plan for now. With this setup I´m planning to run Blasphemy Enfeeble, Discpline and Grace.
I have 192% increased life from the tree, and I´ll be going elemental overload instead of crit as many other Trappers do.


I hate crit especially when you´re broke. Too much point investment. With this tree I´m gonna be dual curse, I get a shitton of aura effect which is nice for my grace and discpline.


I see many trappers using TInkerskin but then not going Eldritch battery. They are going MOM.
I hate that so much. You are spending huge amounts of mana and you have TInkerskin that can just provide that for free.

EB MOM is the way to go in my opinion.

Beat them to the punch. They are actually really fun on abyss's, breaches and harbringers. You can drag the yellow guy over to the pile and get a nice boom
