Skill Revamps - Part 4

oh god this is looking to be absolutely amazing.
Oh man, the change to have the vaal skill also give the base skill is huge in and of itself, but all this additional, skill-by-skill rework puts the icing on this cake perfectly. Can't wait to play with these new mechanics and finally have use for vaal gems other than haste and lightning trap.

I like what I read. Keep up the good work.
Why I have black screen instead of video? I hear only sound when I turn up the volume.
Except now you have to also choose to use the vaal skill, or lose out on a Level 21 + 20% Quality for your main skill, as it'll be pretty unlikely to get a high quality level 21 vaal gem.

ANYWAY the game is still in "almost dead" state after the unimaginable killing of 90% of the builds in PoE 3.0 turning the list on the possible and meaningful builds - a single digit number out of four digit number.

Are you high?

There literally has never been more build variety than exists right now. ESPECIALLY compared to the time you're referring to where there was all of one viable build.

I rarely replying to new players, but I am in a mod for exceptions since this news, and here my reply:
1) Nope.
2) The meaningful build diversity decreased with about 96%.
3) You have to play more.
With the "1h 6L wipe" the PoE turns to a joke now.
There is no sane reason for one to play it any further.
Looking forward to testing !!
The chance to Vaal +1% maximum resists on an amulet is less than 1/300.
it's seem good .... Let's see

The Ancestral Call Support can no longer support Vaal skills. The same is still true of Multistrike Support and Spell Echo Support. This is something we'll reassess in future, but at the moment duplicating Vaal skill effects causes too many technical, performance and balance problems.

They wont suppoert Vall version of skill or vall gems overall?
