Grame crashing before real game starts

Would I be correct in assuming that the game will never be able to run on any ATI card before the X1300 series?

I just played PoE the other day on this setup... Now i get this error?? i have the x1200 graphics card on this Dell laptop.

same as original post. I have an unofficial download for mac. I was really surprised that I got the login screen and character list to load. I would love to be able to play though. Currently I can only play on my boyfriend's computer.
