First, why would you do that?
Second, who cares about it?

99% of PoE population will join the event because of Flashback mods and not for a reward that requires you to have no job and piss into a plastic bottle strapped to your chair all day long.

You should also split the random rewards by version of the league. Reaching lvl 95 in HC is not the same challenge than in SC, in order to get some incentive to play other versions than SC you should draw a subset of the winners for each version.

I do remember in the First Flashback league the first person to 100 of each ascendancy class was given an alt art demo, the first 20 people of each class was given a normal demi. I know this because I did this race and won a demi.
