My computer is currently dying. I wanted to make some videos quite some time ago but I can currently barely play at all. All I can offer that I can try to do some small map runs, but could not offer any Shaper Runs or similar currently.

as you can see in my Pastebin from PoB I have easily 180 DEX.
Just get some on Rings/Amulet.

not so budget friendly if you are in standard and are looking for 6l items. there comes prices like 5ex and so on. :/ so what might be the alternative?

Sorry but 5ex is very budget as you are not forced to use it.
You can easily take a pledge of hands for 2C on poe.trade and a Jeweller's Touch Prophecy for 20c and have 5L Pledge which is enough for most of the content.
And if you just farm, as said this char is a farm char not a boss farmer, you have 5ex in a very short amount of time. If you are smart and check some items with interesting item bases you can get the 5ex for a 6l in less that 2 days.
Depending on how much you play of course.

There is not really anything else you could use and if, it would be more expensive.

This build is exactly what I was looking for. I am excited to do this again going into betrayal.

I am a totally new player. Witch was my 2nd class after screwing up my first and re-rolling. I completed the game this this build, and had a 5l staff that wasn't expensive (1c) and it took me through T7 maps before the end of league.

I will be going at this in Betrayal, and will give feedback on newbies 2nd time through league using this build.
