Flasksetup is in the PoB. There are not that much flasks that support us big time, so just take any utility flasks you prefer.
Pantheon is also highly a thing of personal preferences and depends on the content you do. I mostly go with Brine King and less cold damage or poison immunity.

For your helm I don't get the question.
For your spectres and animated guardian the +2 (or +3 if you're rich) is the best thing you can do and will add a LOT of damage and survivability to them.

I saw no flasks besides rumi's in the PoB but was thinking rumi's, life, Basalt, Quicksilver, and Im not sure for the last one quartz or something else im not sure and what i meant is i thought it was for the extra spectre but i see what your saying about the life and dmg maybe ill slame +2 on my helmet

Mostly Lunaris and as small god whatever you need most. They are always depending on the situation.
