Would Zerpi's work well with this over taste of hate? its something i was thinking about considering how much mana we spend

If budget wasnt a problem would you recommend the GC or SR version of the build from personal testing? (Damage/Surv wise)

And lastly, any ideas on how to speed up the builds movement aside from using a quicksilver? thinking more like brightbeak or a cheap phys to ele conversion dagger or even not using GC as the clear skill?

I would guess probably not, because mana recovers too quickly and flask would end immediately, losing the life recovery effect.

I would start with GC totem for a smoother play style, but the stat stick is significantly more expensive for a good one. SR version is more budget friendly, has higher and more consistent damage. Both are pretty much the same in terms of survivability, except that using a dagger with SR would allow you to use whirling blades on top of shield charge.

Silver flask is a good option, brightbeak on weapon switch is a good option as well. I grab a significant amount of attack speed on the tree because I like having more mobility to manually dodge. You can also take out fortify and use a quality culling strike which gives attack speed.

Looking at your POB for the SR version, what are you using to proc the EE since you have Ancestral Bond. Do you mind posting your non AB version also that you used for uber elder?

Look at my current profile, I specced out of AB so that I can do damage with orb of storm to proc EE. I only use 3 totem with SR since I find it to be smoother than using quad totem and trying to proc EE with a trap.

With the watcher's eye is the mana regen while effected by clarity or damage taken gained as mana more important?

Would you also prio mana reg over spell damage on your sceptre?

Did you ever test out fevered mind instead of grand spectrum? I have been running Tim's build but I think I will switch to yours since it's a lot more defensive.
