How can i leech without watchers eye? Warlord's mark will work? If yes where should i link it? Or i should buy an amulet with fire leech?

So which WE is better? Fire dmg life leech + fire penetration or fire dmg + fire penetration ?
Is it OK to feel guilty for killing an albino rhoa? The poor thing was scared and running away, and I slaughtered it. Does that make me a bad person?
