I was curious if this would work in two scenarios:

1. If you have elder on a T9 or T10 map, would shaped version work instead of elder version ?

2. Does it work the same if you are switching characters, like you have elder on barrows or whatever, run elder barrows and switch character to kill the elder. Will it drop ? Or does it work only if it's on someone else's atlas ?


I tried something: have elder on a T9, ran it and changed characters. It didn't drop any memory fragments. But I don't know if if I had done this on someone else's atlas it would have droped, nor if it worlks on shaped (or the right tier: 14 or 15) versions of the map. It did work for fragments 11 to 13 on shaped maps corresponding to the guardians, on someone else's atlas.

I would say it does work, meaning: shaped instead of elder map would work provided the same tier, but on someone else's atlas. Any thought ?
