Updated Cloth Map of the Atlas?!

GGG released the Atlas of Worlds supporter packs on the 13th of August 2016, and I purchased mine on the 23rd. Received my atlas on the 30th of January - over five months later.

They reached out to me a single time on the 10th of November to tell me that I hadn’t provided them with a proper postal address. This was two months after I received my t-shirt from that same pack at that same address. I wasn’t pleased, and no apologies for the delay were offered.

When I saw the War for the Atlas packs, I decided I’d be avoiding that series.

tl;dr: Company takes half a year to deliver an order; accuses the customer of incompetence.

Well this is why I don't get the physical goods anymore. Just take the extra points and have no worries about it.

It is a bit unfortunate since a few of those items are fairly cool, but again it's not worth the haggle, stress, and extended wait.

In full review it's probably accurate to say I don't need more PoE T-shirts, nor anyone at GGG suggesting that their problems are a result of my negligence.

I think some honest accountability from GGG would go a long way here, but don't hold your breath.

I'm also on the east coast of the US and have yet to receive mine nor any kind of update email on the progress of the the order. It kinda feel like GGG cares more about making new mtx than addressing big issues like this

Hey there Exile!

Good news! Your order has been dispatched from Wraeclast and is now on its way to you. We are very sorry for any delay!

March 26th was what they'd said (see earlier in the thread). Hmmmm.

Everyone's too busy. They're really slow these last few days. Story of bloody every workplace. The tone of most GGG emails is "super polite/ generic". They don't really read them - too busy. One person starts with it, super generic, and then "directs it" to a slightly less generic different person.

I think they go off templates for writing many emails. Which is fine, mostly.

I just got this email from support:

"
Unfortunately, once the Cloth Atlas Maps have been shipped out, we are no longer able to update the shipping address for delivery or have the parcel redirected I'm afraid. If your parcel does end up being returned to us, we may be able to look into having this reshipped to another address for you. I apologise that we aren't able to be of more assistance in this situation.

Bolding mine. Ok, fine not their problem not noticing a postal locker address might be an issue for a courier (I had thought they used regular post, like with the t-shirts, and didn't think to consider it), nor everyone being busy. I'm not an unreasonable person, and have done my best to communicate in such a way.

I replied to that email that I'd follow up locally with the courier, and do my best to catch the package. I said that the "may" was disappointing and that I hoped it would change.

The "may" gets me.

I'm really disappointed in that "may".

:(

One month later and still no map, GGG sent me a dead link to track my package and never fixed the tracking so I have no idea what's going on with mine. This all feels so unorganized
LOL buying small packages from china take less than 3 weeks...
I finally got mine! WOOT!
