Not the owner, but I just switched my flameblast witch for this build and it works perfectly. I got all the gear, plus 30% ele dmg helmet and the shield and I've been doing tier 11 maps just fine with 5k hp. Yesterday I've got 100 lvl with this build in 3.3 Incursion. Up to 96-97 lvl farming T11-T15 maps, rest to 100 was Poorjoy's rotas.
