Here is a pastebin for what I did for patch 3.5: https://pastebin.com/M21TWcfe He is level 94 with 8265 eHP. It could be much higher but I use a lot of uniques. The belt and boots could be rares and the helm is the only one I had with the +1 Volatile Dead enchant.
