Seems to have issues with 2.8 aps onwards, ball lightning and shock nova doesnt triggered as fast as the frenzy attacks.Currently i am trying to limit attack speed(eqs/passivetrees)to prevent breakage of spells intervals How can i resolve this problem??

Ball Lightning, Shock Nova and so on, should be keep capped as shown in the guide?

I'm giving this build a shot. Currently at Tier 8 mapping and it goes smoothly. The decoy totem is a huge help in mitigating damage.
