As far as I can tell, you can achiev the adrenaline stage by using RF. As it states, it removes Ailments AND BURNING when you reach the adrenaline point. You'll need a life flask or a good life leech after that point, but sounds to me a realiable way to reach the buff. All you'll need to do is to run a little bit to desengage to buff yourself for 20s and that's it. (This is what i could get from it, i might be missjudging it all)

Interesting thought, it's certainly a reliable way to do it. It doesn involve disengaging for a bit though, but it should work, as long as the character has really good life regen.

Yeah i mean, a simple use of a life flask might put you back at your feet, if the adrenaline works as it is intended, might get rid of the RF burning when it pops, and hey, its a desengage once every 20s (its a long duration buff!), i bet there are moments on bosses that this could be done without much problems, and all of that considering your dont auto-proc it by getting a big hit from the boss, that would put you into that state automaticaly (use Immortal Call with higher level to proc leaving you low life maybe?). I think RF will only be needed to start the boss, the rest of the fight will lead you to keep it up as long as you get a hit or two (i suppose)

The issue is that any disengage means slowing down. This basically means that it would be a boss-only mechanic, and many bosses will put you into the low life category anyway ... which basically means that you can take it as it was intended, to give a great boost if you get to low life. That's not a bad thing, I just want something a bit smoother.

Using RF means it will stop as soon as you get to low life, so you can't use the flask that's instant life when you're on low life, not unless you have zero life regen.

I think using RF and then healing just before a boss fight is still a good idea, though there are quicker ways to do it, like reserving a bunch of life.

can't you just put the BM + aura on your swap? switch shield (proc aura) switch back and pop a life flask?

That's definitely an option, even if it's not as smooth as I'd like.
Here's an option, though it requires the use of a certain unique helm. I THINK this will work, anyway.

First, use Memory Vault for the character. It gains armour based on life reserved, and 10% increased Mana Reserved. I'm assuming that will carry across to life reserved, as it normally does.

On a weapon swap, use two midnight bargains that reserve a combined 60% life. Together with the 10% increase, that's a total of 66% reserved. This means we'll hit low life on a weapon swap, then we can swap back.

If you've got a decent amount of life regen, this might mean it's not possible to use the instant leech on low life flask, as it might regen too quickly. I think testing will be required, to see if it actually does work.

It's definitely not a perfect idea, as it requires a unique that's really designed for a high mana character, but it's an idea.

It also involves disengaging in a fight, or preparing before hand. Again, not ideal.

Im going to try red trail boots. Should work similarly to autocasting RF in between packs.

I guess that will depend on the character's life regen. Will be interesting to hear how it goes!
Mathil is triggering adrenaline with poachers mark + blasphemy + blood magic. But I don't understand how adrenaline is triggering with the combo b/c I don't see him on low life. So if someone understands, please explain.

Mathil is doing it in his Champion/Reave build.
Any one doing this in even different way?
Domine Non Es Dignus
I would suggest going 1h claw and shield with shavs and movement skill with blood magic to have permanent adrenaline. This imo would be the easiest way to have have the buff at all times, es shouldn't be a problem as long as you get the highest es shield possible. I am not sure about damage but you would have to go crit, and this is not a cheap build.

Tree would look something like this:

https://www.pathofexile.com/passive-skill-tree/3.2.1/AAAABAQDAADuAQkEhwW1Bx4NfA5IES8RUBGWFSAV_Rm0GyUblyL0I9MppSoLKjgqTSsKLJQspizpLYMuUzJONAo1uTdmN4M6rUCgQzFGcUa3SVFJsUuuTP9NRk4qUUxXyV3yX2piF2LsapNr1GwLbRltbG8nb1dvhG-ecFJ08XcHeBl71H1bf8aDCYSUhO-Gs4cTiXGNgY9gj5mP-pKAkyeTkJUumheaapstnKShL6brpyuqzaxHtAy0xbVIuNm-Or6KvqfAv8EAwYLBoMKOwuzKSsrT0NDTb9fP2Vvawd1I53To1ukC6rrrY-xc74jw1fVL-KH5N_8c

I would most likely take Alira but 2 passives is also an option.
How about bloodmagic - spell totem - aura? Except it's difficult to get the amount of health used to be < 100%
