[3.2] Captain Americlast - Scion Spectral Shield Throw

Hey ahfack i have been doing your build for the flashback event


i am only missing a decent 6L, watcher's eye and some finishing touches
damage is pretty decent and the build goes well with rampage on the bisco's leash
just one question:

in the pob link the skill has slower proj in the 6th link...is that the same when you battled uber Elder?

incidentally i managed to get a q23 cold to fire that i believe will be a bit more QoL for bosses fights
but the colors in the sockets may have to change

i know normally its not needed to ask this, but could you make a video killing shaper/elder in budget gear?

Your builds are all nearly perfect through the min/max on your gear, im just curious of how good it works in budget version.

TBH the only reason i request this is, i burned through alot of currency for some builds and im not sure i can afford another good gear with balanced resistances for oak.

End of the month has been pretty busy IRL. I'll try to look over it a bit tomorrow, but I don't see too much changing.
