Just to be clear on the nomenclature here: are Keystones considered Notable? I.e. if there is a Keystone in range of the jewel, will it grant its standard effect, or nothing?

Could someone refresh me on the difference between a keystone and a notable.
Keystone has the big border right? Like blood magic, iron reflexes, eldritch battery, acrobatics, etc. Then a notable is like the biggest node in a cluster? Like wrecking ball, or claws of the magpie or something? |
