Okay that invulnerability phase was wa-ay too long, and i'm saying it as someone who typically doesn't mind those phases too much.
With a decent DPS, the bossfight itself will probably take less time than the boss flying around doing bombing runs will.


Also, i feel like some people genuinely want ascendancies to be given a diablo-3 style do-over, with 5000-8000% dmg numbers and such, and anything less than that will leave them disappointed.

wow, what a giant waste of time, for another boss that nobody will care about. Looks stupidly OP and long fight script. Heres a hint, you have ruinded boss killing in this game, minus the end game bosses, which even them are not worth doing for the most part.

Sometimes, just sometimes, you should really consider adapting to the world, instead of demanding that the world adapts to you.
Yeah not a fan of invulnerability boss phases, especially when they can hit you but you can hit them. That just seems like bullshit *shrugs*
Meh. Dont care. Give us Ascendancy details. Seriously.
While the actual stuff the boss does during the fight look fun and engaging enough, I really cannot overstate how much I agree with the Invulnerability phase hatred.

This looks to be almost as obnoxiously annoying as Shakari. Please reconsider these enforced 'run around aimlessly spinning your wheels for 30+ seconds" phases, they're not enjoyable and they detract from what are often otherwise well designed fights.
Here's an idea, instead of an invulnerable boss phase, you could send out Jiminy Cricket to tap dance for 8 seconds. It would be about as annoying.
