Looks fun and reminds of the D2 Paladin's Fist of the Heavens.
This would need much attack speed for smooth gameplay since it is a traditional stationary-damage dealing ability. Masterpiece of 3.16 lore

" if you watching this correctly and your deduction lvl is at least medium you can see: a) at 0:26 an elementalist killed a ghosted rare skeletons and gained elemental conflux for 6 seconds this effect is refreshed at another rare dino kill around 0:39. So YES ITS ON KILL EFFECT b) how i know its elementalist ? conflux was always only at her so i assume its stays there. c) its clearly an conflux cause after that rares kill all her shots ignite/chill/and shock which procc inpulsa explosion more often. " Just because it is good for a build doesn't mean the price will reflect that. Take Lycosidae for an example. It wasn't until they made it a T1 drop did the price increase. Up until then it was always a 1c item. also, it's hard to say how good ST will even be without seeing lvl 20 values. As of right now, the lvl 1 is sub par and you can't really depend on shield values to carry far. However, the post says that the gem does deal substantial damage even with a bad shield so hopefully this will hold true. I'm not saying the values on the gem are weak. Just that this gem is incredibly hard to scale with passive tree and support (with current known ascendancys- I have high hopes for Gladiator though.)
