Hi, Im playing your build since start of a season, it's very good, but expensive. I'm 94 lvl now, and clear speed is awesome!

I would like to add that when playing Lightning Strike with the Pierce Lab Enchant, Inpulsa's Broken Heart doesn't really do much for you, other than adding pretty colours (which is nice)
A Belly of the Beast would be far more advantageous to use, especially on the Abyss jewel version, since it will scale all the flat life from them.

inpulsa also give you

(20-50)% increased Damage if you have Shocked an Enemy Recently
(25-40)% increased Effect of Shock
Unaffected by Shock

wich is insane for this build imo, besides the explosions

Uh...why aren't you linking support gems in the Lightpoacher?

here is my gear:


I have attempted this build on champion by using

thinking the leech might help and I can benefit from "taunted enemies cannot evade attacks" however it just doesnt seem to face tank, needs more work and also scion is overwhelmingly bad lols
I dont want to give up on champion because I could make use of

for more dmg if I needed it. I wanted to test this facetank leech with added defenses such as fortify/endurance charge/oak for example. relying on leech alone seems risky (and seems like the fault of the scion class as a whole, hence my theory craft champion)

Now as for my current gear I test facetanking for endgame purposes only. I do this with testing minotaur (no mods) and you cant stand there and face tank without dying (unlike other builds). for endgame purposes only 6k+ life is a must-have NO EXCEPTIONS! for minotaur however you can still face tank him but you would need to not stand in the falling rock AoE.

As a reminder, Impulsa's is great for mapping, but as a personal preference I chose belly for end game. more life feels alot safer to me.
I though I would detail my experience here as this was where I got the build idea from.

i did it to see/test the difference in dmg/defense as you dont have abyssal jewels in early league

the new vaal gem rework could be very sick for this build considering "Vaal Skill Gems now grant the regular and the Vaal version of the skill."

To maximize your Lightning Strike Experience you have to do this little trick, wich allows you to always attack in place:

Won't be needing this anymore with the new changes ;)

Are there any other rings that can be used?

The Taming seems awesome but they can be a bit pricy.

Also, can this build farm Uber Lab? Thanks for the answers =)
