Arcane Surge not triggering on the first cast after swap

Hi

i was using a Arcane surge with an immortal call on my swap, it worked fine until this patch was released.

Now the first time i cast the immortal call after swaping weapons or loading the area the arcane surge is not been triggered.

I am having the same problem

many have that problem (inclusing me) and there is already a different tread about this.
No reply from GGG yet about this bug.

Can anyone tell if this is really a bug or if this was intended?
I can find anything about this in the patch log...

It is a bug, yes.
We added it to the Known Issues thread a few days ago.
