Not really when you are overwhelmed in a breach or with Abyss monsters ...

So finally I went with

The hits coming from spirit burst give more heal, and the spirit charges consuming give a 5% life recover... Problem solved with amazing results...
The 40% increased glacial cascade damage on my helm is not mandatory as it gives something like 2 or 3% more global damage.
