Hi,
I tried this build, in league and standard.
In standard if you have leagacy items you can use dual poets pen, for me its fun and faster.
The build is a bit expensive and hard to use, because you need ALL flasks up 100% of the time (they last around 5 to 7 seconds) and balance the mana is very hard, or my mana is empty and cannot atack or is full and some potions dont work.
And this build is not 100% immortal, elemental penetration and some degen can kill you.
I tried a build "Queen of Fire" (no CI) and it worked better than yours, then i mixed both builds and it was amazing.
