[3.3] All Uniques Whispering Ice - 2ex Total (All Content, Shaper/Elder Deathless)

Any suggestions for what type of HC build one might choose if this is the end goal? One that can first make currency then buy into this build? I've always wanted to do something with Whispering Ice, so this might be the time for it!
HI maybe this build can league starter ??

I'd go with arc totems, you can rush to ancestral bond and then it's pretty easy from there. If you already have astramentis+whispering ice then going WI totems until level 68 is a good idea. I tried it out and it feels pretty okay until mapping.

you know now i you can get % attributes on rings+belt, so cyclopean with that corruption would be best and legacy paua rings :d

This build can get pretty amazing with some of the new corruptions, especially if double corrupt. can get things like 6% int/str(or dex) on ring/belt/neck, 20% discipline effect or 10% ES on ring/belt/neck, 6% es 50% dmg on armor, 6% es on gloves, +4 aura gem on helm. Boots you could get dodge, move speed or %ES, but i feel the leech enchant is more favorable (unless you're running Vitality leech watcher's eye)

I only cant find decent corruption for weapon. The block is probably better than all the other corruption possible.

now that i realized that there is new belt in incursion with 18% intelligence, no need to corrupt cyclopean, it could get expensive, also getting % intelligence on legacy perandus signet could get expensive too, well i got 15% cast speed corrupt on mine weapon, also astramentis with % intelligence could get expensive :P

A corrupted cyclopean is still BiS for this build. The 15% all stats with 6% corruption gives 21% increased intelligence vs. 18%. Not to mention the damage mod and ignite and shock immunity. Just make sure to get the int/str version, not the int/dex version or risk putting your dex higher than strength.

I am enjoying this build a lot and am now level 82. However, I am experiencing more and more client crashes and right the game is unplayable for me. Lost a couple of labs and some incursions, already. Is this a common thing with ice storm?
How can i make HoGM work with this build?

The problem with doing HoGM on this build is that it's low life and you'll get culled. You could try it without purity of ice or purity of elements, but it could be rough. Maybe I'll try it after the next time I level up, if I do I'll let you know how it goes.

You know - as I was thinking about this - you could potentially swap out a high level/quality blood magic gem to get your life above 10%. This would probably be your best bet if the numbers work.

Is this build fast for ulab farming?

Killing Izaro is fast, but overall it's average speed. It's reliable though and you shouldn't die unless you really mess up (dark shrines not needed). So it's a good overall build for farming uber lab, but you won't be breaking any speed records though.
