They are, but they are also a bit bulky and clumsy looking on a fast moving build.
That's what I like about the Fire/Ice wings in the current boxes, they are basically Gloom wings with actual physics. You whirl, they whirl. You spin, they spin. It makes wings in general look much more lively, rather than a cardboard and duct tape appliance.
