why xoph's blood and not a watcher's eye with 40% conversion (using anger)?

" I’ accualy testing Kaom’s heart, it’s 800 more life, This configuration I’m doing is more defensive, so I run vitality and grace, With an assassin’s mark ring (you can watch my build on the going via my characters, it’s public. I figured that with that much Dps, defences are more needed, that is why I use vitality jewel. As for Xoph’s blood, it’s BIS by far, penetration, more damage iwith ash, BIS The real king of the hill - ASSZERKER CoC - high life, insane damage and clear speed

" I made my build a kaom’s heart evasion build, working better, but no leap slam or fortify, Only faster attacks and whirling blades, also, I swiched to one socket bubonic trail, needed the link... With jade flask and grace, it’s very good, and DPS is 13% less, I can’t really feel the deference :) The real king of the hill - ASSZERKER CoC - high life, insane damage and clear speed
