1. well you can use rare boots with movement speed. but its not that terrible without enchant lol :D

1.It's possible.
2.Lag and fps drops depend on ur CPU/GPU. I have a i2400 and a HD7950, all smooth. maybe try turning on dynamic resolution if it lags.

well, I never tried SC totems, in theory it can work but for mapping its way slower I feel. Because casting totems -> totems cast -> storm call delay -> hit, which can be slow and lead to lot of misses (unless you have insane aoe).

Really good guide i'm enjoying it a lot im going to play it on the start today, one question does anybody have a good filter for this build?

if u just go with neversink regular/semistrict you cant do much wrong^^ just dont pick up the clunky stuff later (staves or bad bases)
