I clicked on button, it said that i got my present in my ingame microtransaction chest, but it isn't there.
At first i thought that i need to wait a little, but it was already entire day, and still nothing. To whom should i write about this? |

It's going to be the nicest one in the store when the box ends. It would be cool if you done more box-exclusive mtx. Im way past being impatient, so I usually just wait till things get into the store. If the best pieces had a time-limit attached to them, ppl would have more motivation to buy the boxes.
