Can’t buy points

I can't buying points and the game crash in the Shop. See my YouTube Video for better understanding there i show the two problems.

The problem is consistent. I hade change the language from german to english in the xboxsystem but nothing change.

The shop is still not working :( It opens with just an error message in the center of the screen.
I'll try to guess the translation of the error message from Russian: "Failed to load in-game shop".

Same in France, not possible.

I have 9€ on my account and it's impossible to buy on the English version
