As much as people around here would like to play the game in ascii mode with no GPU requirements I like the work that was done, it shows.

People that are having FPS issues... I don't get it. I am playing the game on a 5 year old LAPTOP and I can get 60FPS with everything maxed. The game is so well optimized.

I'm really glad they didn't go with the 3rd image down for the water. Looks a bit too specular. ;)

the water effects are excellent, i especially like the beach map, i just wanna dive in and start swimming ;)
