Playing my own Elementalist Witch version of this so take my advice with a grain of salt..

Get a Kaom's first if your HP is very low.
Get a Watcher's Eye first if you have like 4k+ HP and can't sustain in the maps you are doing off Atziri's Promise leech/Life flask alone.

I was using Kaom's but have swapped it out for a Loreweave and it feels much nicer, even with losing around 1.2k health. Sitting at just under 5k hp with 561 ES and do deathless Shaper/Red Elder very easily.

I am using an Elder ring with Warlord's Mark on hit over Poacher's Mark or Assasin's Mark, whatever is recommended..I forget.

here is an example of running a corrupt t14 map without Watcher's Eye equipped and leeching off Warlord's and flask.

Only running a 40% VD Damage enchant on Starkonja's. Can't justify +1 corpse atm.
