[Not a bug] Unlimited elder/guardian fights

Requires two players.

Player one has an elder or guardian encounter on their atlas and is the one who opens the map.
Player two kills the elder or guardian while player one stays outside the boss room. The elder/guardian does not get removed from player one's atlas and they can repeat this forever.

EDIT: A lot of people are saying the boss drops no loot, which would mean that this is not a big deal after all. I apologize for the unintentional sensationalism.

oh god, that is rly a Disaster. I hope people get banned for exploiting this.

They already know about this, and have a way of seeing exactly who exploits this, so i wouldn't bother doing it.

I needed to help a friend of mine to use his last portal to kill the boss. The boss didnt drop any item and the guardian was still on atlas. dont know how much of an exploit it is tbh. i had no items.

I didn't get a good look at the loot when I discovered this, and I was only doing an elder guardian, which tend to drop nothing but garbage anyway.

If it's true that the boss doesn't drop any loot, then this exploit is not really an issue after all. Not really eager to test it myself though.

It's still a serious issue as you keep the elder/shaper on your favorite (maybe even sextant best) map and keep getting elder/shaper items in masses.

You can already get alternating shaper/elder influenced maps by just doing a map that is controlled by one and borders the other. This is most likely an intended mechanic.

Wait, you reported this without checking the loot at all?...
