Hey.
Ive made a crit inquisitor version, atm at lvl91.Just curious about your tooltip dps, how does it scale with berserker ascendancy.Does anybody have high end gear already?

Considering how easy it is to get a lot of pen this league rather easily, I'd say that Berserker is the superior choice. 15% Pen from Watcher's Eye, 10% from Boot enchant, 15% from Wise Oak and ~10% from amulet puts us at about 50% elemental penetration. On top of that we can benefit from Elemental Equilibrium if we're playing with a Support.

Inquisitor is going to have 30%, 40% at the most elemental pen assuming they can also maintain max crit, which many can't.

Tooltip is a terrible way of measuring DPS. But in PoB from my testing with both high crit Inquisitor and Berserker, the Berserker comes out on top.

Atm i have 132k dps per ball in pob with everything i have.

Before you had Enilighten, what kind of auras and support genoms were you running? Leveling a gem atm but it wont be done for some time =)

You can play around with it and see what suits you. There are a lot of choices, Blasphemy, Herald, Arctic Armour are all good.
Is marauder the best class for playing Volatile dead? How about duelist?
came to same build idea then saw this thread
now im at lvl 84 and struggle with survivability - i get ripped in parts even at t6 maps with 5.1k hp and some 900 es, esp at abysses or ele reflect
cannot afford Acuities yet (and for a pretty long time more too)
for a chestpiece im using infernal mantle, since it gives pretty more damage than hp rare, also 3x grand spectrums

also, balls from VD are absolutely uncontrollable and i dont know how should i try Atziri


guess what should i change/update, budget is like 160-180c

Kaom's Heart and more Life nodes. At your level I would ideally be at 7500+ Life. Remember that now in 3.1 without instant leech, more life = more leech and Acuities doubles that amount.

I didn't get Acuities until level 90 and I did perfectly fine in T10-14 maps. Just play a bit safer, try to predict upcoming rippy scenarios and off-screen a lot.

I would recommend against Infernal Mantle. Not only does it give you 0 Life(ES is practically useless since we have no way of regaining it in combat) but it also makes you take 25% increased damage when on Low mana. That means that if you're using Anger + any other buff/aura/blasphemy, you will take 25% increased spell damage, this stacks additively with the Berserker node that makes us take 10% increased. So if an enemy would hit you for 1000 with a spell, you would take 1350 damage, effectively reducing your effective healthpool by 35%.

The damage gained from Infernal mantle isn't very good. It's 25-35%, lower than a Kaom's heart on the top end. Conversion is bad since it makes it so 15% of our damage isn't scaled further by our 40-100% penetration. Only thing good to say about the chest is it's critical strike chance, but gaining 5% crit while sacrificing up to 5% increased damage and 500 # life is definitely not worth it, then we also have the downside of Infernal Mantle I mentioned above.

Grand Spectrums are nice on a budget, I would ideally recommend upgrading to 2x Increase damage/crit multi + life jewels. Play around in PoB and see what jewels work best for you.

EDIT:

I checked out your profile, some more suggestions:

Get rid of your Hybrid and Mana flasks, you shouldn't need them. Grab a Basalt flask since that is going to help quite a bit with Physical damage. Get Oskarm gloves to replace your current rare gloves, this will help with damage and allow you to maintain power charges while clearing.

Other than that, your gear is looking solid. Just keep upgrading everything whenever you can, Opal rings are very nice for the build but Diamonds will do on a budget. +1 Enchant is a nice damage boost. Wise Oak and Atziri's Promise are nice damage flasks to have.

I think that Marauder, Shadow and Templar are the best classes for this build. Witch and Scion could be pretty good if you want to go a Low Life route with VD, though Poet's Pen probably wouldn't be the best choice.

Champion could work decently well, since you're right next to VP allowing you to drop Acuities, some really great Life nodes around the starting area. Champion gets permanent Fortify, which we don't have a way to proc as Wand build without weapon swapping and also gets some generic damage that will work with VD. Not the best choice if you want damage, but you could probably make it ridiculously tanky.
