What about working on adding more leech rate options to passives for casters, since the ONLY available leech rate is in duelist tree, and all of them are only for attack based char's

Or is that also part of improving build diversity, first kill most ES builds, now also kill most life based casters.

maybe its confirmation bias, but I´m guessing you tweaked the drop rate and I´m loving it.
I´m liking it so much that I will buy the new supporter pack (+map tab) when it becomes available :)

I can safely answer that for you. GGG will never buff caster leech, because they want it to be something exclusive to attacks, like bleed. They've said this several times before in the past.

That's not even a main reason.
Vaal Pact never "worked with reflect" in the way you think.
Reflected damage occured before the insta-leech, there were a lot of people who died expecting the opposite order of applying.

VP was broken and virtually provided "immortality" in many cases.

you seem to made a mistake in assuming "the way I think". The cases of people 1-shotting themselves was usually from a reflect mob in a reflect map making it double-reflect. In other cases you could out-leach the reflect because before your next hit, you would heal from the damage of the previous reflect. This is what really made VP a de-facto standard for so many builds. VP was the only defense for reflect damage in a lot of cases. Not all builds/classes have access to enough reduce reflect damage.

e/ I don't mean to demean people, but they aren't smart if they think the order of the leech/reflect could prevent a one-shot. if the leech came first you'd heal for 0 as you are at full health; then the damage would be dealt to you which would be the 1-shot. No amount of leech will prevent a 1-shot lol.
