Delaying the api request for 60 seconds won't really affect poe.ninja. If you are looking at poe.ninja for something other than trends, averages, and historical prices it probably will, but that's an inherent problem. Most times I click the @ by conversion rates before I list anything.

Yes, it turns out if your [not published and only used by a single person] app is trying to access data, it'll be delayed, thus "playing favorites" by giving the advantage to the 99% that were already using the bigger sites.

Its not about popularity. It's about availability. Do you have a public website ? IF YES, you can whitelist it
