Path of Exile 3.1.0: War for the Atlas Patch Notes

Patch notes are the new carrot on a stick since now I am curious to see how they'll balance ascendancies in the next update and whether or not we can expect more information about new character models.

I don't even understand, why legacy items exist in this game. It benefits those, who have the item, and destroys the economy and the community of the game. If a minor patch is going to be implemented into the game, there is other ways to handle this. Why doing minor changes to life leech, but leaving a legacy version of "Atziri's Acuity"? This will only benefit a few players, but leave out most of the others, who then would not be able to go for niche builds. Why even let niche builds exist this way? Because of 5 people whining because their uber builds are not going to work anymore?
I thought changes are made to balance a game, and not to divide a community!
What about new players starting this game? They won't understand this, too. And they will never be able to obtain such a legacy item. So this patch isn't really a patch, but a huge stupidity. You are making things worse here. This has to stop, and it has to be NOW! Start doing things without thinking of money GGG, because this is the only reason I can imagine why you even started thinking doing it this way.

Now that I red the patch notes, I thought about quitting this game completely, because I do not want to support this way of thinking anymore, and all that although I have supported you for so many years now. Please GGG, think intense about what you are doing here, and what has been going on for quite a while now.

Raging Spirits now have a 15% less Added Damage multiplier, up from 30%.

Doesnt make sense if its legit.

Maybe you should look forward to the new uniques, maybe theyll do a buff, to ur nerfed skills.. So some ppl can go braindead again, and surf through the content again..
Otherwise, i believe that the 0.1% will make a sweet build for those of u crying..

Im looking forward to the patch. Gonna be a blast.

It had a 30% less modifier before. Now it's 15% less. It deals more damage after 3.1 hits.

Dont get it,why F*ck up the exp at higher lvls again?I get what you are getting at BUT most of us dont race?Why you say,kids,work and so on!You just f*cked up the grinding exp for 90% of us,based on the other 5% that race!Now if you have 20 hours a day to spend racing than you are an extraordinary nerd kid!I AM NOT!Why do i have to suffer penalties,because of some kid that spends 20 hours infront of the pC!Further more this game is BASED on grinding!Thats the whole thing of the game,grind,find,level=get better!You just officially broke lvling experience!People wont even bother going over lvl 95!GGG=game of nerfing everything so you get more nerves playing it till you just switch the game and play another one :D!
1 more question not relative to the patch nodes!When are we going to have a cool Mtx for Kinetic Blast?!
