Where are the surprises?
Is the nerf to the NON-VAAL PACT Slayer intentional or it was just necessity to nerf the Vaal Pact variant? Wouldn't it be better just to add like 20% max life leach rate and 100-150% Leech rate to Vaal Pact instead of the doubles?
it seems that the developers of path of exile are following the catastrophic way adopted by developers of diablo 3, nerf on nerf on nerf: skill op? Nerfed ..... gem op? Nerfed ..... life leech op? almost disappeared from the tree ...

Kinda expected tbh.. with their recent trend of over-nerfing everything and lack of buffing or introducing enough new relevant content/builds to compensate for said nerfs.
