i really like to use this at start of the league is it okay to run for now then get the zerphi's flask later or is it 100% needed right away

If you were to use 3 fevered mind jewels instead of the conqueror's potency you would get around 36k life gain per second instead of 25k with the BV setup. Would this be a good idea or completely unnecessary?
