I have been running a PoE stream like 16hrs a day since the promo started and got nothing, but I always watched some other game on twitch on top of it and it said in the top right corner on the Twitch homepage that I watch the other game (you have to have "share my activity" checked to display that message). So I made sure it said that I watch a PoE stream and then got the hat within the next hour. I also turned off my adblock, not sure if that helped though.

This system honestly makes no sense. If you're gonna time-constraint the drops, and have rarities, why limit it to one hat per account?

It's just really awkwardly designed and nonsensical. I know it's looking a gift horse in the mouth, because this is free stuff, but that doesn't make it immune from being flawed.

If you're gonna base a system on randomness, it makes no sense to cap it at 1 per. Either have a set requirement for the 1 hat, or let people "grind" streams to get the full set.

Wow got my hat around the same time as my friend.

I got a ghostflame in the 30% picks while my friend received the Radiant Helmet.
Radiant helmet isn't listed nor in the picture, if you count all the helms in the picture, you can only count up to 21.

Does that mean the radiant helmet is a 1% chance?

But this warning only works in Horror Games. But in RPG games, this means quest & adventure.

Took about 4 days of Twitching (read into that what you will) to get my hat. Got a Stormcaller hat which is quirky enough for me to actually use.

Not bad for no real effort. Thanks GGG, Twitch and my favourite Streamers :)
