Simple statistics? While your statement is not at all incorrect... statistically, we are looking a little more questionable with every passing minute. Obviously there is some squeaky wheel bias going on here, but I've seen enough people claiming 40+ hours without a hat that it makes me wonder.

At 40 hours you've had nearly 500 chances. Even at 1% a pop, that's well outside the expected range. If it was just a few unlucky schmucks, then sure... but it's a heck of a lot of people right now.

Whenever I mention that I've spent over 7500 fuse attempting to 6L a particular chest very few people seem to believe it (never got it; forced it on bench when it hit standard,) because it's just that far beyond the expected range. We are fast approaching that for these drops, and it's not just me. It's a boatload of people.

I haven't lived in my parents house since I was 19. if you want to bring up electricity you might as well add in the mortgage if you have one to house a place for the computer along with the insurance for the house: the property tax, the internet bill. Adblockers interfere with rolls, confirm/deny?

got mine after having various streams on basically since the beginning of the promotion. Prolly more happy I got it and can turn it off than the reward itself. Yes, none forced me into it, I'm just a weak human being.
No, it's not free, if someone tells you it's free then you can just take it, which is not the case with this promotion. I can fully understand why many people feel bad about the promotion, at the same time I can see why ggg has done it, it's great exposure before the new league for items that were already done before and that most likely paid for themself.
Hopefully next time it's gonna be a tid bit better and we can avoid the drama

Just got mine after about 40 hours, been streaming in the background on invisible,addblockers and pop up blockers enabled, just have to be wait but it does work keep at it dont loose hope.

I admit, that i really overreacted (maybe due to slee deprivation, due to constantly having PC on), but i can't really see that thing fitting to any outfit in game, except the one in set. And yes, even when im taking it back, i still stand my ground about this pr movement. Nothing is worse than viewbotting, so why are you embracing it? Wouldn't be better to just log in to game, get helmet instantly and scrap all this crap? Yes, you wouldn't have this coverage, like you have now, but cmon, this was seriously dishonest to players and twitch users. Esepcially to other twitch streamers, who don't play POE and the one, who were forced to play it, to get followers, subs or viewers.

This is weird, I'm surprised I received the reward just now. I only watch the streams on the first day when it was announce & after 6 hrs I stopped, because I realized the odds & I have limited internet data. So I stopped watching stream since then, yesterday & today, but still got it. No intentions to boast or to rub it to those more deserving & I'm thankful for gift GGG. I'm just really wondering how your mechanics works? Why are there still peoole not get it after 20+ hours & I received it without watching for 2 days? Does your gift system just delay or something?
