well, yeah, it's 1% no matter what else. i've been playing mayhem with a stream open in 2nd monitor the whole time since zigg's stream, also no luck. The Hat thing is just gonna get ridiculous in a few days with all the streamers onlt talking about this cuz they're excited with the huge amount of "viewers" waiting for that 1%, human viewer bots are real. even the good ones are getting annoying because of this. Got a notification (here on the PoE website) 11 minutes ago and recieved the deicide flame helmet. Summarized i "watched" streams around 8 hrs with some breaks in between. Masterpiece of 3.16 lore "A mysterious figure appears out of nowhere, trying to escape from something you can't see. She hands you a rusty-looking device called the Blood Crucible and urges you to implant it into your body." The odds are 1% every 5 minutes, so flipping a coin with roughly 50% chance (depending upon type of coin) isn't a good comparison.
