I can confirm, it does! Especially w/ the bandana attachment. Sorry I've not done the Scion. I don't have any Scion toons and I had to take care of dinner for my family. If you still want screen shots of her, I'm happy to do them.

I especially like the Redeemer portals. In fact, I think the Redeemer is my favorite overall set of armor/portal. I'm not really counting Seeker, since it's without portal and so easy to get.
