Top left looks like a new map, and judging by the looks of it, it might be an endgame fight vs Solaris and Lunaris. Really hope so, was one of the more interesting act boss fights in my opinion that was overshadowed by how easy it was, due to being in act 8.

3 uniques intrigue me

the Solaris/Lunaris, the piece at the right and the Pencil

All 3 dont look to be regular items

Luna/Sola looks like an amulet but has no neckalce

The thing on the right doesnt seem to fit anywhere too

and the pencil is Put forward and doesnt seem to be a disguised items, it really is a pencil

my guess is that 3.1 is a Story, one that evil forces are trying to rewrite and that pencil is the pencil with which history is written

the pieces seem incomplete because the history is incomplete aswel, or being rewritten.

Here's hoping for some super rare, super powerful uniques to exist again... There's really no uniques that are worth a lot anymore and that's a shame.
