The Fall of Oriath Fan Art Competition Highlights

WOW!

They're all great in their own way!

Porkys Flame of Hope feels very powerful. You can feel the energy.
Sad day for the Scion.

Nessa and Tarkleighs last meeting is very emotional. Very sad.

Tidal Island is great that it used the art-style of old comics (40s etc)

Very cute necros by fuubs and minigod.

The final piece by Rashkorado is epic.

The encounter with the Brine King is also a powerful piece and the Brine King feels very intimidating from this angle and perspective as the Waves come crashing in.

Impressive!!

The Talent within the PoE community is unfathomable!

Thank you for sharing.
These make me both sad and happy :'(
Wooooooow, that Kitava one is just insane. Soo detailed. I don't stand a chance. :'(
It would be more cool if they release the 3.0.2 already!
Its already the week they promised, Where is the update for persistent Spectre? Persistent Aura?

BTW, likes the one with brine king

Mesmerizing. Maybe silly question but how was this created?

presumably just 'painted' in photoshop with a pen tablet. I really like the way he does it, to me it looks like its done the way you would paint with brushes, pick a colour, make some marks, pick a new colour, make some more, layering then over and over to build it up.

theres many ways to paint in photoshop, u can make your brushes act like brushes (kind of), pens/pencils, spray guns, stencils, paint with colours like paint, like ink, like glowing ink that acts like painting with light. I like the way he does it, looks like it either takes an awful lot of time or a very fast workrate, but it obviously pays off as we can see. Its got a kind of sculpted feel almost.
