3.0 Siege Ballista Assassin /Shaper viable/ +Budget gear options (still under work)

Hi Mate, really nice build; if 3.1.0 is kind to the ballista i'm really looking to start it with (not HC tho)

I think as a starter build it would be nice, before you get the 800 dex, to have a Lioneye's Glare + Skirmish and maybe add a Rain of splinter to start mapping and make currency, what do you think ?

Siege Ballista is my fave skill.

How is the build working out currently?

Any updates? Wanna start this guide asap, so just making sure it's up to date before I start.

I improved the tree for my lvl 100 char, still haven't tested it though
